Place chicken breasts, diced green chiles, white beans, salsa sauce, cumin, grated cheese in the crockpot and add chicken broth. Cover it and cook on low mode for 8 hours. Cut the cooked chicken into pieces using 2 forks and then place it back to the crockpot and stir. That’s all… Ready to eat. YUM!

  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 3 (15-oz) cans drained and rinsed white beans
  • 3 cups chicken broth
  • 1 (4-oz) can green chiles
  • 2 (8-oz) packages grated pepper jack cheese
  • 3 cups salsa sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon cumin


  1. In slow cooker, combine all ingredients and cook on low mode about 8 hours.
  2. Remove boneless skinless chicken breasts from slow cooker and shred it by using 2 forks. And put them back in slow cooker and slightly stir.
