Easy Chicken Dinner
The Sweet Garlic Chicken is a suitable dish for any day of the week. It is one of my favorite chicken recipe with delicious flavors and is very easy to make. Put everything to the pot and enjoy your meal in a short while. Chicken with cider vinegar, ginger ale, soy sauce, and ginger flavour. So yummy!
Have your chicken ready in twentyfive minutes. Serve it right away. Enjoy the dish you prepare yourself. If you don’t finish it up, still so yummy the other day! Add this to your menu
This chicken is trouble-free to make. Directly put the chicken in the pot. Blend together with apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, ginger ale, soy sauce, minced garlic, ginger, onion powder, garlic powder, BBQ seasoning, salt, pepper, red pepper flakes. Pour the sauce over the chicken. Cook for about 25 minutes.
- 2 boneless chicken breasts
- ⅔ cup cider vinegar
- ¾ cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup ginger ale
- 2 Table-spoon soy sauce
- 1 Table-spoon minced garlic
- 1 Table-spoon ginger
- 1 Table-spoon onion powder
- 2 Table-spoon garlic powder
- 2 Table-spoon barbeque seasoning
- salt and pepper, to taste
- ¼ Table-spoon red pepper flakes
- 2 Table-spoon corn starch
- 2 Table-spoon water
Place chicken in pot.
Blend together with apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, ginger
ale, soy sauce, minced garlic, ginger, onion powder, garlic powder, BBQ
seasoning, salt, pepper, red pepper flakes. Pour the sauce over the chicken.
Cook for about 25 minutes.
Serve the shredded chicken over rice, potatoes, or pasta.
Use any boneless chicken that you prefer;
breasts, tenders, thighs.·
Add some vegetables to the mixture upto your
taste – bell peppers, onions, asparagus, or broccoli work just fine.·
What about frozen chicken? Yes! You can add the
chicken to the pot and cook 10 min more.
What to Serve with Sweet Garlic Chicken
You can try the chicken over rice. Please remember to spoon
all that delicious sauce over the chicken. Do not let it go to waste! The Sweet
Garlic Chicken is a good couple with noodles, potatoes, or quinoa as well.
You might want to serve this chicken with some broccoli,
asparagus, or green beans.
