Cookies with Oreos and white chocolate chips are sure to become a new best friend. Soft and chewy biscuits filled with gooey white chocolate and bits of Oreo cookies. Every time I make the cookies, they come out perfectly!

  • To make a smooth batter, beat the butter with an electric mixer.
  • The use of both brown sugar and white sugar provides a subtle sweetness and melting-point smoothness.
  • Eggs: Softens and emulsifies the cookie’s texture. Plus, it aids in both adhesion and even baking.
  • Vanilla: It’s there for the taste, of course!
  • When combined, flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt provide a softer, fluffier biscuit that rises to impressive heights when baked.
  • In order to include crushed Oreos into the cookie dough, just mix them in.
  • Add the white chocolate chips at the very end, just before serving.

It took some time for me to warm up to the idea of oreos. I didn’t like eating them as they were. Even as a crust, they were one of my favorite things to make. Then then, I wasn’t blown away. For me, the best part of an oreo is the center.

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees before beginning the baking process. Use parchment paper or cooking spray to line a cookie sheet.
  2. Baking soda, baking powder, and salt should all be combined in a medium-sized mixing basin before being added to the rest of the ingredients.
  3. Beat butter, sugar, and brown sugar for 2 minutes until frothy in a stand mixer or medium mixing basin. Beat in the eggs and vanilla extract. Beat in the dry ingredients one at a time until they’re all mixed together. Once the oreos have been crushed, add the white chocolate chips and mix well.
  4. To make cookies, follow these simple steps: Place 2 inches apart on a baking sheet and roll into 1 12 inch balls. Bake for approximately seven to nine minutes, or until they are just beginning to brown.

Do you know how to crush Oreos?

However, crushing oreos is a simple but messy operation. Fortunately, the easiest way to preserve the cookies’ texture and consistency is to avoid unnecessarily crushing the Oreos. In order to get the full flavor of the oreo in these cookies, larger bits of oreo are essential.

Using a rolling pin or anything firm, break up the Oreos into tiny pieces in a plastic ziplock bag.

Blender or Food Processor: Make sure you don’t over-blend the Oreos. Stir in between each pulse of the blender as you add the oreos. Don’t overdo the blending.
