Ingredients

  • 2½ cup chopped cooked chicken
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 4 eggs
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 4-oz cream cheese
  • ½ teaspoon garlic
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • ¼ teaspoon white pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, grated

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200ºC. Spray a baking tray with cooking spray.
  2. Place cooked chicken in the bottom of the baking tray. Top with mozzarella cheese.
  3. Combine the eggs, pepper, sour cream, onion powder, cottage cheese, garlic salt, and cream cheese in a bowl. Blend them until the egg mixture is smoothy shape.
  4. Pour the mixture over the cheese and chicken.
  5. Bake until browned about 50 minutes.
  6. Allow chicken quiche to cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
