Ingredients

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  •  1 cup of almond flour
  • 1 egg
  • 2 oz cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoon parmesan
  • 1 cup of cheddar
  •  1 lb cooked sausage

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 200ºC. Line a sheet with parchment paper, set it aside
  2. In a non-stick pan over medium heat, cook sausage until no longer pink. Add oil
  3. Combine cheddar cheese, cream cheese, and parmesan cheese in a microwave-safe bowl. Cook them in the microwave for 35 to 50 seconds, until melted and stir until smooth.
  4. Add in egg, salt, almond flour and baking powder. Combine in cooked sausage and shredded cheese
  5. Roll it into balls by using a small cookie scoop to scoop the dough, place on prepared baking sheet.
  6. Bake them for 15 to 17 minutes until brown.
  7. Ready to eat!
