You can easily invite the most delicious form of egg to your breakfast tables.

Ingredients

  • 4 Large Eggs
  • 2 Large Egg Whites
  • 1 Tablespoon of Cream Cheese
  • 1 Tablespoon of Sour Cream
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 1 Small Onion, chopped small
  • 1 Green Pepper, chopped small
  • Red Pepper, chopped small
  • Vegetable Cooking Spray
  • Salsa

Instructions

    1. Blend together eggs, cream cheese, sour cream, salt and pepper.
    2. Stir in small chopped onion, small chopped green pepper and small chopped red pepper.
    3. Spray a large saute pan liberally with vegetable cooking spray.
    4. Since the pan is completely heated, add the mixture you prepared and cook until it reaches the desired consistency.
    5. You can consume it by adding as much Salsa sauce as you want or combining it with different sauces according to your preference.
    6. Enjoy!
