These meal sized loaded salads look amazing! I’m always worried that I won’t be full after eating a salad for dinner, but these salads are… well… loaded! They’ve got tons of veggies, fruits, nuts, seeds, cheese and protein to keep you satisfied. And those flavour combinations! Wow, there are some truly amazing salad recipes here!

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • Sprinkle of salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Instructions

You need two shallow bowls. Whisk the egg in one and the flour + spices in the other. Dip one chicken breast in the egg then in the flour mixture. It doesn’t always stick super well so take your fingers and layer it on there. Repeat for the other chicken breast.
Preheat your air fryer to 390F
Spray with cooking spray if needed.
Cook the chicken breasts for 8-9 mins, flip, cook for 8 more. Check internal temp before removing because every air fryer is so different. Paired with sautéed green beans and salad with green goodness dressing. .
