How to Make Chicken Casserole with Doritos?
If you do not have a pre-prepared chicken, you can buy a chicken from the nearest market. If you have time, you can cook the chicken yourself.
Combine minced chicken, cream of chicken soup, tomatoes, spices and cheese in a large bowl and mix.
A row of doritos is placed in the baking dish and the prepared chicken filling is added on it. Doritos are arranged again and chicken filling is added. You can add as many layers as you want until your chicken filling is finished.
After the last layer of chicken filling is completed, it is covered with a mixture of doritos and cheese.
Bake in 350F oven for 20 minutes.
2 cups chicken
2 cups Mexican cheese
1 10 ounce can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup sour cream
1 can tomatoes
1/2 packet seasoning
1 large bag Doritos
In a large bowl add chicken , cheese, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, tomatoes, and seasoning. Mix well. Add a layer of crushed Doritos across the bottom of the casserole dish. Add half of the chicken mixture on top of the crushed Doritos. Add another layer of crushed Doritos followed by the remainder of the chicken mixture. Top Doritos and the remaining cheese. Bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes.
Top with foil if you want your cheese just melted and not browned.
